We waited for the ๐ŸŒง to stop inside the restaurant!

4:00 PM – End of Itinerary / Departure From Colmar

Go to Central Market to collect Pang XY, Pang MJ and Pang Yu Yin's souvenirs.

7:00-8:00 pm | Katsuri Walk for dinner

Kasturi Walk in Kuala Lumpur is a lively, open-air street market located right next to Central Market.

It’s not only known for its bustling stalls selling local snacks (i bought a mix of different mushrooms), souvenirs, and handicrafts, but also for its eye-catching metal sculptures inspired by Malaysian culture and wildlife.

Along the walkway, you’ll find striking artistic structures such as a metal peacock, a pangolin, and a terrapin, each symbolizing aspects of Malaysia’s natural heritage.

Here’s a short description of each animal you’ll see represented in metal at Kasturi Walk:

Peacock – A large, colorful bird known for its dazzling tail feathers that fan out in bright patterns, symbolizing beauty and pride.

Pangolin – A shy, nocturnal mammal covered in protective scales, sometimes called the “scaly anteater,” and known for curling into a ball when threatened.

Terrapin – A small freshwater turtle often found in rivers and ponds, symbolizing longevity and adaptability in many Asian cultures.
