Day 8 Rome Italy 9 day trip 7 Dec-18th Dec)

This morning, transfer to the Eternal city - Rome. Welcome to Rome, the Eternal City. This capital city stands on the Tiber River and enjoys a long and celebrated history. We began at the World’s largest cathedral, St. Peter's Basilica (Outside view). Next, continue to visit Palazzo Massimo alle Terme (National Roman Museum). 

There are top 10 exhibits that must be viewed in the museum.

The palace is the main seat of the museum as well as the headquarters of the Agency of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities of Italy, in charge for the archaeological heritage of Rome. The museum houses the ancient art (sculptures, paintings, mosaics and goldsmiths’ crafts from the Republican Age to the Late Antiquity) as well as the numismatic collection. Thereafter, we continued with views of ancient Roman ruins including the enormous Colosseum


Lastly, we make a stop at the Fountain of Trevi where you may want to throw a coin into the fountain and make a wish!

This is my 3rd time visiting 🇮🇹  and I hope I make a wish (2nd time) at Trevi fountain that i get my honeymoon in Europe soon!
